Ingredients

  • Flour 1½ cup egg 6


  • Sugar 1½ cup ( powdered it )


  • Baking powder 1½ tsp


  • Baking soda 1 tsp


  • Vanila essence 1 tsp


  • Food colours or flavours 6


  • Sunflower oil 5 tsp


  • Milk 5 tsp


  • Wipping cream 3cup


  • White chocolate 300 grm

Directions

  • We making this cake in fry pan
  • Sieve the flour, baking soada and baking powder . And take another bowl to add egg ,vanila essence and beat , add sugar powder alternatively into it and beat till its get fluffy. add oil and milk then mix well. add dry ingredients into the egg batter alternatively and mix well.
  • Then divide the batter into 6 bowls equally then add 6 different colours or flavours into that bowl and mix well.
  • Take fry and line it with oil , line a butter paper preheat the pan for 10 min and pour the 1st bowl batter and cook it for 10 mins . And cook each floured batter for 10 minutes .
  • Take wipping cream and add some white chocolates the beat well , add 1 tsp of sugar and beat it thik . Then take one cake appy sugar syrap and spread evenly then take next layer of cake then continue the procedure. Shape the cake with wipping cream and decorate as you like!!
